Application
- 1. For best results, start by exfoliating skin with the SELF Exfoliating Glove.
- 2. Once skin is clean and dry, shake the Bronzing Foam well, apply onto the SELF Tanning Mitt and then spread evenly in long, sweeping motions.
- 3. For a perfect, streak free tan start with your legs and work up the body, use sparingly on elbows and knees before finishing with the SELF Back Applicator.
- 4. Once desired colour depth is achieved, rinse off residual tan in lukewarm water and pat dry. (Do not use soaps, scrubs, or shampoos.)

Top Tips
- • To extend the life of the tan moisturise with the SELF Gradual Tanning Body Butter or Nourishing Tanning Oil.
- • Avoid applying product directly over the elbows, knees, hands and feet and instead use excess product from Tanning Mitt to lightly sweep over the area.
- • Avoid shaving immediately before application for an even finish.
- • Use within 6 months of opening.
